Bike to Work

They plan to have May as bicycle month. Routes below and stay for breakfast.

Five Convoys are organized for those who want to ride in a group.  Register to for a chance for prizes and discounts. Breakfast will be at Catshead Diner, 515 Shall St. after meeting at the Old Statehouse.  Register/Info

1. Garver, down NLR Arkansas River Trail, Across Clinton Library Bridge, to Old State House Museum Jim Britt will leave from Garver at 4701 Northshore Drive in North Little Rock at 6:30 a.m. His group will travel down the North Little Rock Arkansas River Trail across the Clinton Presidential Park Bridge and back up President Clinton Ave. to the Old State House.

2. Hillary Rodham Clinton Children’s Library to Old State House Museum Coreen Frasier will leave from the Hillary Rodham Clinton Children’s Library on Jonesboro and 10th St. at 6:30 a.m. Her group will travel down 12th St. to Battery St. by Arkansas Children’s Hospital to 7th St. and on the Old State House via 4th St. to Center St.

3. Two Rivers Park Bridge to the Old State House Museum Debbie Hayes will leave Two Rivers Park Bridge at 6:00 a.m. from the River Mountain Park side. Her group will ride the Arkansas River Trail and finish at the Old State House.

4. Meteor to the Old State House Museum John Landosky will leave from Spokes parking lot at 7:00 a.m. and travel down Markham to the Old State House.

5. UA Little Rock Donaghey Student Center to Old State House Museum Katie Helms will leave from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock’s Donaghey Student Center at 6:30 a.m. and take the bike route through campus on to 12 St. toward the Old State House.
