BRAA (Bicycle Ride Adjacent to Arkansas)

Annual Bicycle Ride Around Arkansas will be the Tuesday after Easter. 

Update: We will now leave from Defiance on the Trail for more like 45 miles. More info on suggested lodging the night before. Park at the trail parking, 3006 Missouri 94 at Defiance Road.  parking map

Day 1 -- Defiance to Hermann  45 miles We will stay at Harbor Haus Inn & Suites in Hermann. We don't have to call them until a couple days before. Debbie at 573-486-2222. They show closed but they will be open for us and on our return.

Day 2 -- Hermann to Jefferson City  48 miles  Probably stay at Baymont. We will want to view the Thomas Hart Benton murals in the Capitol.

Day 3 -- Jefferson City to Columbia 35 miles. Right now we will stay at the south side of town. The Tiger Hotel shows $300 and up right now.

Return the same way OR stay in Washington an extra night between Hermann and Defiance.
